Please note: Due to the petite nature of these charms, they need to be assembled by our team with a chain of your choosing, as bails may be too small to fit over finished ends of all chain styles. Please ensure you add a chain to cart as well as your charm.
If you would like to purchase a custom name, we recommend having our team build the necklace with sterling silver beads in between each charm to create the perfect spacing. To do so, choose each necessary letter, as well as the chain of your choosing, and write the full name in the Order Notes at checkout.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
